Welcome to Artisan Feasts. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using our services, engaging with our online platform, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our website or use any services.
1. Services Offered
Artisan Feasts provides bespoke catering services for various events, including corporate functions, private parties, and special occasions. Our services encompass menu design and development, food styling, presentation, and event delivery. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance.
2. Booking and Quotes
- All catering inquiries and requests for quotes can be made via our website, phone, or email.
- Quotes provided are based on the details communicated by the client and are valid for a specified period, typically 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or contract and the required initial deposit.
3. Deposits and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the estimated total, is required to secure your booking. The exact percentage will be specified in your quote.
- The remaining balance is due at a pre-agreed date, usually 7-14 days prior to the event date.
- For bookings made less than 14 days before the event, full payment may be required upfront.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon.
- Any additional services or costs incurred on the event day will be invoiced post-event and are due within 7 days.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event may incur a charge of 75% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event may incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.
- Amendments to guest numbers or menu choices must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Significant changes may result in a revised quote.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
It is the client's responsibility to inform Artisan Feasts of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances of their guests at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to the event. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding event details, guest numbers, and dietary requirements.
- Ensuring suitable access, kitchen facilities (if applicable), and clear event spaces for our team.
- Providing a safe working environment for all Artisan Feasts staff and contractors.
- Any damage to equipment or property belonging to Artisan Feasts caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artisan Feasts will exercise all reasonable care in the provision of our services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and culinary creations (menu designs), are the property of Artisan Feasts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
